This week all the Primary pupils were entertained by a performance of ‘The Mice in the Clock’ by visiting Theatre Company ‘White Horse’ from the UK. The children were captivated by the performance and thoroughly enjoyed the audience participation.
The children have been channelling their inspiration from the drama performance as they rehearse for the upcoming Winter Concerts; practising their songs and learning where to be on stage. We are very much looking forward to sharing these performances with our families next Thursday for the Key Stage One concerts and the Key Stage Two concerts the following week. Please do make sure you have reserved and collected your tickets if you haven’t already!
We have also been busy developing our Maths knowledge and understanding as Primary classes have been enthusiastically collecting points on Mangahigh. We have remained in the top ten list of schools in the competition and hope that the children continue to sustain their keenness for Maths even when the competition is over.
Year 4 – 6 parents are invited to come to school on Tuesday, 3rd December at 3pm to find out more about the residential trip in the Spring Term.
