It was wonderful to welcome so many parents into school this week to attend our Parent Workshops on the Curiosity Approach in Pre Nursery and Nursery, and Phonics and Home Reading in Reception.
At Britannica, we recognise the vital role that parents play in their child's education and development. Parent collaboration is not just encouraged; it is celebrated and cherished as an integral part of our educational philosophy. We firmly believe that when parents and the school work hand in hand, we create an environment where our children can thrive.
During the workshops, we had the pleasure of engaging in enlightening discussions and sharing valuable insights. We explored the power of the Curiosity Approach in fostering a love for learning, creativity, and independent thinking in our youngest learners. In addition, we delved into effective strategies for cultivating strong reading skills and a lifelong passion for books in our Reception children.
