Roma grew up in Derry, Ireland, and earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Liverpool. She began her career at the university, focusing on widening access to higher education and developing pathways for secondary students to pursue university education.
After completing her Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at the University of Nottingham, Roma transitioned into primary teaching. Her commitment to education extended to her role as a special education needs teaching assistant, where she gained valuable insights into inclusive practices.
At Britannica International School, Roma is actively involved in running after-school activities, including Britannica Voices and the Drama Club. With a strong passion for the arts and a dedication to student engagement, she strives to create enriching experiences that foster creativity and build confidence among her students.
