Myles is thrilled to be the teacher of IGCSE and A-Level Business Studies at Britannica International School Shanghai. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role, having studied business and finance at A-Level, degree level, as well as postgraduate.
After completing his A-Levels, Mr. Boardman earned a bachelor’s degree with honours at Manchester University, where he studied business and accounting. There, he gained a robust understanding of core business principles, from marketing and operations to finance and strategy. Since then, he has completed courses at the University of London, Nottingham, and Buckingham University.
In the classroom, Mr. Boardman aims to make business studies engaging and relevant for his students. He incorporates real-world case studies, interactive activities, and opportunities for hands-on application of concepts. His goal is to equip students with the critical thinking skills and business acumen needed to succeed, whether they plan to start their own enterprise or join the corporate world.
