Yolanda holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Normal University, where she also earned a high school teaching qualification. Driven by her passion for education and learning, she further pursued her studies and obtained the Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, becoming a qualified educator in both English and Chinese.

With nearly a decade of experience in the field of education, Yolanda has developed a deep appreciation for working with children and takes great pride in guiding them to reach their full potential in their studies.

At Britannica, Yolanda is a dedicated member of the Mandarin team, teaching Mandarin to both native and non-native speakers. She actively encourages her students to immerse themselves in the language and culture of her homeland to improve students' Mandarin proficiency and enhance students' understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture.
