Job Description:
Magno International School is seeking a qualified English Teacher to join our teaching team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching English and capable of inspiring students of various ages and levels. This role involves teaching English to Secondary and High School students.
Expectations:
- Design and plan lessons suitable for different levels of English proficiency (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).
- Teach English and Literature classes, utilizing effective pedagogical methods that include the use of educational technologies and diverse materials.
- Assessment: Create and administer exams, tests, and other assessment methods to measure students' progress and proficiency levels.
- Tutoring and Advising: Provide additional support to students, including tutoring sessions and academic guidance, as well as communication with families.
- Prepare and organize the preparation for external exams: Cambridge and EVAU.
- Experience in leading teams or projects related to the subject.
- A1 level of Spanish.
Requirements:
- University degree in Education/English Language or related fields. Previous experience in teaching English.
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Spanish.
- Commitment to pedagogical innovation and continuous professional development.
- Previous experience in teaching English to children and teenagers.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Cambridge exams and EVAU exam preparation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

About the Opportunity
The role is to teach in our Primary school. Our teachers are responsible for inspiring and enthusing students in their development of knowledge and skills within Key Stages 1 and 2.
The successful applicant will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, able to demonstrate a proven commitment to the highest standards of teaching and learning and student achievement; someone with drive and passion who believes in creating a unique, inspiring and outstanding place for learning, able to excite and challenge students of all abilities to make great progress. We are seeking to appoint an experienced and creative Group Admissions Manager, to join us at an exciting stage of continued growth.
You should be a high calibre individual, educated to degree level, and with previous Sales and/or Marketing experience.
We seek candidates with previous first-hand experience of managing and overseeing sales conversion and customer retention activities to promote growth. A background in admissions in an education setting is not essential although highly desirable. If you have Spanish language ability please ensure it is stated within your application.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and be able to manage and deliver upon conflicting priorities and challenges. You should value analytics and be capable of analysing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Group Director for Marketing and Admissions, and will work directly with our schools located globally to provide leadership, support and oversight to our admissions teams and schools. They will support school teams to manage and convert leads into new admissions, maintaining high levels of retention and nurturing existing families to become advocates for their schools to support group growth targets.
