After a long Autumn Term it has been good to see the students have recuperated and are eager to hit the new term running. Our major focus in the upcoming weeks will be the Chinese New Year celebrations and, after lasts years fantastic events, I am certainly looking forward to this. Miss Fu, I am still available for the Dragon dance! Of course, the CNY celebrations are the highlight of the calendar in this part of the world, however, it would be remiss of me not to mention that other great annual winter celebration - the Six Nations Rugby Championship. Good luck to all the home nations and especially to those playing in red. Continuing with the sporting theme.
The Secondary school held the Tug of War House Competition on Wednesday. As always, the students enjoy representing their house and it was no different this time around. After of lot of huffing, puffing and sore hands the Red Pheonix house were the victors. Congratulations to them and a big thank you to the PE Department for organising the event. Finally, examination results from last term have been collated and, in some instances, sent home already. However, all results will be made available through Canvas shortly.
