We have continued at pace this week in the Secondary school. On Tuesday students from Year 6 to 11 enjoyed bowling and laser tag during their final school trips of the year. We celebrated student progress and attainment on Wednesday with the End of Year Awards ceremony. Congratulations to all students who won an award. We said our final farewells to the Year 13 leavers and sad goodbyes to the staff who will not be with us next year. Good luck next year, I wish you all well.
The keenly anticipated Secondary disco was held on Thursday when students and some staff showed us some impressive dance moves in the IPA. A special shout out to Harisha and Adam for keep the party going with their admirable DJ work. As I write this, I am still recovering from the amazing food provided for Teacher Appreciation Day. Thank you so much to all of the parents for taking the time to prepare the food. I heard more than one member of staff asking for Teacher Appreciation Day food on a monthly basis!
Secondary parents should have received the Y6-10 End of Year Examination results on Friday afternoon. The Summer term reports will go out on Monday after school whilst class parties will be held on Tuesday afternoon. I wish everyone a safe and restful summer and I look forward to seeing you again in August.
